Room hire at SELECT 

If you’re looking to host a meeting, training event or small conference, then SELECT’s purpose-built offices and training centre are the ideal venue. 
Nestling at the foot of the Pentland Hills, and just 20 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, The Walled Garden is accessible from both the M8 and M9 – see here for a map and directions. 

With plenty of free parking, our facilities are available to hire between 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-2.30pm on Fridays. All spaces are cleaned daily and we follow strict hygiene and health and safety rules. 

Our two spacious training rooms can easily hold around 20 people in a U-shape and up to 50 in traditional theatre style. We also have a collection of smaller meeting rooms that can hold up to 20 delegates, plus there’s a self-contained dining room. 

Cost is normally based on the day delegate rate, with packages including:   

  • Registration service on arrival, if required 
  • Training room hire 
  • Dining room hire 
  • Flipchart and marker pens 
  • Overhead projector and screen in training rooms 
  • Laptop, if required 
  • Pens and notepaper 
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival 
  • Morning tea, coffee and biscuits 
  • Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Option of soup and sandwiches or buffet lunch
