An event to help contractors to understand the relevant standards and typical information requirements of BIM is being held in the Construction Scotland Innovation Centre (Unit 3B, 3 Watt Place, Hamilton International Technology Park, Hamilton, G72 0AH) on Tuesday 18 June 2019.
The half day event, which will start at 0930 am, will explore the typical roles that contractors play in the process of BIM, soft landings, preparing and working to a BIM Execution Plan, defining roles and responsibilities for the rest of the team, and sharing and controlling information flow during construction stages.
