Investors in People accreditation achieved for 23rd year

SELECT is delighted to announce that it has achieved its 23rd year of accreditation to the prestigious Investors in People quality mark.

Recognised across 75 countries, the mark recognises the effectiveness of leadership and management and sets apart organisations that have achieved excellence in the way they lead, support and manage people.

In its report, Investors in People said: “Overall, people see SELECT as a great place to work and get a great deal of satisfaction from working within the organisation.

“The association is viewed as compassionate and very supportive and it works as a true team, with people helping other people to do best by its Members.

“People know that making suggestions will be well received by their supervisors and they are often encouraged to do so and feel genuinely listened to.”

The report also praise SELECT’s approach during the pandemic, adding: “The organisation was seen to be very supportive to its employees during lockdown and staff spoke of feeling very empowered.”
