Christmas opening hours and deadline for stationery orders



SELECT would like to remind all Members that due to the Government’s recent COVID update, the last date for stationery orders to be processed before Christmas will be Thursday 16 December at 12pm.

Please be aware that any orders placed after this date will be posted out when we return to The Walled Garden in the New Year. 

We would also like to remind everyone that the SELECT offices will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Friday 24 December and reopen at 8.30am on Wednesday 5 January 2022.

To keep up to date with the latest news from SELECT and the wider electrical industry during the holidays, look out for the special festive edition of CABLEtalk that will be delivered to Members the week commencing 20 December. It’s another bumper read! 

This edition includes Christmas wishes from our Branch Officers, interviews with the SJIB Apprentices of the Year, a feature on cobots and an in-depth interview with a Member who reveals the challenge of fitting arc fault detection devices in an historic Edinburgh landmark. 

There’s also a FREE 2022 wall planner included in this edition to keep you up to date with SELECT events during the coming year.
