You can order a copy of the National Working Rules by completing the order form 

What is my annual holiday entitlement?

Your Contract of Employment should state your annual holiday entitlement. If your company adheres to the SJIB rules then the recognised holiday year is 30 days and is broken up as follows:

• The recognised Spring, May Day and Autumn holidays
• Spring week
• Twelve days in the summer
• Ten days in at Christmas / New Year
